You cannot get this type of attention at any gym and its half the cost, all while learning the real way to maximize your time in the gym and finding what you love to do by learning how to correctly apply ,perform and master the ins and outs of your favorite exercises and monitor your own progress all while cutting the all to familiar were to start, what does what, and when and what kind of equipment to get for my own gym?Well just use my equipment and find out what you need all equipment provided while you make these important decisions.Set up is easy and does not cut into session time!Cardio can be done in a small yard and inside. Park and recreation sessions available upon request.Like I’ve siad no gym no problem,DO NOT LET lack of equiptment, space or lack of knowledge about outdoor training stop you from training! I haven’t trained indoors for many years and it’s so much better then the hot gym’s

WHAT SETS US APART

When you train with a real personal trainer that’s not in a local gym it’s a whole diffrent world!Most places have a set of time restricted rep schemes that is run on every client.The name of the game in a toxic environment like personal training in a gym is their way,why?Money and sales you see trainers have to get back to recruiting more clients for the gym,So no creative planning,no real modifications other than planned by the club every month to make you believe they are making actual changes based on progress or lack their of.Bottom line they are BS and are not adiquet for real progress,for instance if you wanted to run a certain lifting style they would convince you to follow their plan making you think they are the master no freaking way! it’s a partnership between trainer, and client if not the trainer does all the work, and the clients just a client!
